A) African Food with a Ugandan Flavor: Nyama Choma (beef served with kachumbari), goat stew (an East African favorite served with basmati rice and chapati), samosas, Ndengu (mungu beans in chicken broth seasoned with safari spice and cilantro), fruit, and more (TBA).
B) Bar: Sample the best and most unique Ugandan beers as well as other African treasures.
C) Special Ugandan Musical and Dance Presentation: Enjoy a world-renowned presentation of an authentic Ugandan tribal dance. Dressed in full authentic Ugandan costume with unusual African instruments, the dancers will treat us to a very unique performance of Ugandan music and dance, along with a cultural explanation as to each element's origin, style, and meaning.
D) Diplomatic Greeting: Hear from the diplomats and feel free to schmooze the diplomatic staff.
E) Ugandan Art: Throughout the Embassy, the Ambassador has arranged for the presentation of special African artifacts and paintings unseen to most Americans' eyes.
